Est ce que je suis satisfaite de big marker?
Dans l’ensemble, oui. Les fonctionnalités dont j’ai besoin fonctionnent bien. J’ai donné mes cours en ligne en direct et je l’ai ai enregistré avec Big Marker et ça a fait une belle job. Les offres se load à l’écran comme prévu, les emails s’envoient, etc. Côté langue, la traduction française est imparfaite puisqu’elle se fait avec google translate. Mais c’est fonctionnel. J’ai aussi été capable de vendre l’accès au cours avec Thrive Cart et envoyer les informations à Big Marker via Zapier pour compléter le processus d’inscriptions. Ainsi je pouvais tout faire à partir de ma landing page à moi.

Mes seuls bémols à date :
1- Les emails ne se personnalisent pas comme je voudrais et je n’ai trouvé aucune solution.
2- les emails s’en vont presque systématiquement dans les indésirables des clients.
3- Pour que les webinaires evergreen fonctionnent, je dois hélas utiliser leur template de landing page pour avoir la fonctionnalité de countdown avant le début du webinaire. Ça engendre un design qui fite pas avec mon site de un, et de deux, la traduction française approximative.

We had a really busy month with a ton of new features and improvements that were recently rolled out! Here is a summary of the main updates.

  1. Seamless switching between screen sharing and other content: Previously, when you turn off screen sharing and turn screen sharing back on, it will cause a slight delay as the screen connection will need to re-established, in the most recent update. we added the ability to pause screen sharing and resume it. this will make transition between screen sharing and presentation/mp4/youtube much faster and seem less

  2. Seamless switching between video and audio. Previously, when you switch from web cam to audio only, your feed will need to be reconnected as it switches from video to audio only. In the most recent update, the switch is instant. Similar to the new screen sharing pausing, this will make your presentation much more fluide if you need to switch between going on camera and going audio only.

  3. Presenter email customization. You can now customize your invitation emails and reminder emails to your guest presenters just like can to your attendees.

  4. New guest presenter page. We have gotten a lot of feedback that inviting a new guest presenter was confusing when they land on the webinar landing page. We have since designed and build a brand new dedicated guest presenter page with detailed instructions and built in system checks to ensure your guest presenters have a much easier understanding of how to enter the webinar and present.

  5. Auto-reconnect with publishing. If you are presenting at a place with spoty internet connect, previously if your internet disconnects, you will then have to manually re-share your camera/audio or screen share. With the latest update, if your connection drops while presenting, as soon as your internet resumes, your camera/mic and screen share will resume automatically.

  6. Screen sharing quality improvements. We have made significant improvement in reducing screen sharing bandwidth usage, therefore reducing latency and also increasing the screen sharing resolution

  7. Brand new Manage Webinar Registrations Page section that simplifies registration management of recurring and evergreen webinars.

  8. Additional GDPR field. You can now have addition GDPR requirements for registrations.

  9. Additional Email Tokens. You can now use name tokens in all your emails of {first-name} {last-name} {full-name}.

  10. Custom Confirmation Page. You can now send people to different pages after they register for your webinar. You can apply this to both on page registration or registration through the widget.

  11. Disable ability to un-register. You can now disable the ability for people to un-register from your webinar after they register. This has been very useful when you use the API to register and does not want the data on BigMarker to be out of sync with your own database.

  12. Improved one click registration. You can now pass in email, first_name, last_name as parameters in your webinar link as a way to automatically register them when you send out email invites. If you have additional fields, those fields will then automatically populated with your values.

  13. Open Rate, click rate on all emails. Previously only invitation emails showed open and click rates. With the recent update, all emails have them.

  14. Preview of no delay webcast mode. We are now experimenting with our new no delay webcast mode, I will share more details on how you can try that.
