Profiles will not get queued for a new email added to the flow if they have already passed the time frame that’s set within the flow using delays. The flow is essentially a big timeline, so profiles that have passed a specific stage in the flow will not get added for an email that they’ve passed time-wise.
The new email that’s added to the flow will work as expected for newly added profiles moving forward but you will need to send this new email as a campaign to those who missed it:
