Je l’ai lu il y a trĂšs longtemps, le livre de Stephen Covey, mais c’est un incontournable qui ne se dĂ©mode pas. Je l’ai beaucoup mis en application dans ma vie professionnelle, surtout la partie sur le “crĂ©dit sympathie”, et c’est vrai que ça fonctionne. :slight_smile:
